The overall aim of VITASTEV project (Design and Development of Low GI Foods based on sweetening compounds isolated from Stevia rebaudiana cultivated in China and enriched with vitamins A and D) is to achieve growth through competitiveness by innovative solutions, having as final result the development and production of a new innovative product that responds to consumer needs, while providing to Industries profits and existence.
The project has been approved under the Greece-China Bilateral R&D collaboration and it is funded by General Secretariat for Research and Technology. The project coordinator is JOTIS SA and it’s duration is 3 years.
